Apethorpe Hall, Northamptonshire Date: 1996–2008 Client: English Heritage

Apethorpe Hall is a major Grade I listed country house dating back to the 15th century.
Despite having some of the finest Jacobean interiors of the period, the house fell into
neglect and decay from 1982, becoming one of the most important buildings at risk.

English Heritage took ownership of the buildings and grounds in 2004, appointing us
to undertake urgent works and a major scheme of repairs.
